These terms govern your use of basa9. By registering or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by them in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and basa9 ("basa9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the basa9 website at basa9.vip, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and other features made available through the platform.
By accessing basa9, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use basa9. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and basa9.

1. Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use basa9. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold any funds until verification is complete, in accordance with our compliance obligations.
Geographic Restrictions
basa9 is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law may result in account closure. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing basa9 is lawful in your jurisdiction. basa9 makes no representation that access is appropriate in all locations.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one account at basa9. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using other people's identity information, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.
2. Account Registration and Security
Registration Information
When registering at basa9 you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and any other information we request during onboarding or subsequent KYC review. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your basa9 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. You must notify basa9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. basa9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
KYC Verification
basa9 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before approving a withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and confirmation that payment methods are registered in your name. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until the matter is resolved.
Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your basa9 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied. Accounts under active fraud investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on basa9 are governed by these Terms. basa9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladesh bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability. It is your responsibility to ensure that any payment method you use to transact with basa9 is registered in your own name.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit at basa9 is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by basa9, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your basa9 balance within 60 seconds in most cases for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution's processing time.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your account, or to a payment method registered in your name following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed within a few hours on standard working days. basa9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Fees
basa9 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their standard transaction fees, which are outside basa9's control. You acknowledge and accept that such third-party fees are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by basa9.
Payment Method Matching
For anti-money laundering compliance, basa9 requires that your deposit and withdrawal payment methods are registered in your own name and match the identity information on your basa9 account. Transactions from third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger a compliance review.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
basa9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses at basa9 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on each bonus offer. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Each bonus promotion specifies which players are eligible. basa9 reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at its discretion, including where it determines that a player's betting patterns are inconsistent with genuine recreational play and are designed primarily to exploit the bonus structure.
Bonus Abuse
basa9 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus balances and close accounts where it reasonably believes a player is engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that exploit mathematical loopholes in the bonus terms, participating in cooperative betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and using a third party to claim bonuses on your behalf.
Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions
basa9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account before the modification will be honoured on the terms that applied at the time of crediting, subject to the player meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activity on basa9 are subject to the following rules. basa9 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round that is affected by a technical error, data feed error, incorrect odds, or any other manifest error, regardless of whether that bet has already been settled.
Bet Acceptance
All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market and the relevant betting limits in force at the time of placement. basa9 reserves the right to reject any bet in whole or in part at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from basa9 that the bet has been accepted.
Cancellation of Bets
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or amended by the player. basa9 may cancel bets in exceptional circumstances including manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, or evidence of match manipulation affecting the relevant event. Where a bet is cancelled by basa9, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
Game Results and RNG
All casino game outcomes at basa9 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical actions of a live dealer. basa9 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results generated by the RNG or a live dealer are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, basa9's server-side logs are the authoritative record.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on basa9. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action:
- Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to create an account
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or to place bets
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports event
- Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where basa9 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, basa9 may immediately suspend the player's account, withhold any balance pending investigation, void all affected bets and bonus activity, permanently close the account and refuse future registration, and report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or basa9's internal compliance obligations.
7. Responsible Gaming
basa9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available within your account settings once logged in. We encourage all players to use them proactively, not just when a problem has already developed.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. basa9 will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee to prevent all access across all devices and browsers.
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to allow time for reflection. Decreases take effect immediately. basa9 recommends that all players set a deposit limit as a first step in managing their gaming budget responsibly.
Time-Out
Players may request a short-term time-out of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or one month. During a time-out period your account is temporarily suspended. Unlike self-exclusion, time-out accounts are automatically reactivated at the end of the chosen period unless the player extends or converts to a self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on basa9.vip, including but not limited to the basa9 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds and all other materials, is the property of basa9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from basa9 without the express prior written consent of basa9. Unauthorised use of basa9 content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basa9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect losses, even if basa9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
basa9's total liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits basa9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
basa9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond basa9's reasonable control (including internet outages, acts of government, or force majeure events) shall not give rise to any liability on the part of basa9.
10. Amendments to These Terms
basa9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, basa9 will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on basa9.vip with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of basa9 following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using basa9 and may close your account by contacting support. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment has been published constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
