Time-Out (Short Break)
A time-out is a temporary account suspension lasting 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a time-out your account is fully suspended — you cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits. When the time-out period ends, your account automatically reactivates. A time-out is ideal if you simply need a short reset or are going through a busy period in your personal life.
Self-Exclusion (30 Days to 1 Year)
Self-exclusion is a more serious commitment. You choose a minimum period of 30 days, up to one year. During this time your account is suspended and will NOT automatically reactivate — you must contact basa9 support to request reactivation after the exclusion period ends. basa9 uses reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion across its platform and will not send you promotional communications during this period.
Permanent Exclusion
Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may request a permanent self-exclusion. This closes your basa9 account indefinitely.
